Born and raised in Livingston, Susie graduated with a BA in Communication and Business from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. After college, she lived in Manhattan and returned to Livingston where she now resides with her husband and daughter.
Combined with real estate marketing experience, Maria Maka’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from Moravian College started her off on a successful journey in the industry. Maria is well versed in various real estate platforms including transaction management, implementing and training agents on new technology and marketing programs and executing office meetings. As a sales support administrator and marketing coordinator at two top tiered real estate firms, Maria created marketing for print, direct mail, email campaigns and social media for numerous top producing agents. Maria is a pro at researching and implementing new marketing trends.

As a Client Experience Coordinator on The Pruzon Polow Team, Andrea Fine helps our team work as efficiently as possible, streamlining operations, and aiding in the transaction process. She assists the group with day to day functions, client services, and in-office transaction management and coordination. Andrea’s level of professionalism, high level of customer service, and synergy are what make her a great asset to our team.
Andrea grew up in Livingston and graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Northeastern University in Boston. Ultimately, she decided to obtain her real estate license. Her experience and knowledge of real estate in Essex, Morris and Union counties coupled with her people skills helps create a warm environment for our clients and our team.
Andrea lives with her husband and children in Short Hills. In her spare time, you can find her volunteering at the Interfaith Food Pantry of the Oranges, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
